Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
Conduct property showings for potential buyers, showcasing the features and benefits of each property
Assist clients in exploring various neighborhoods, providing expert advice on local amenities, schools, and market conditions
Utilize our proven models, systems, and tools to efficiently schedule and manage property showings, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for clients
Maintain a strong understanding of property listings, staying up-to-date with market trends and changes in inventory
Collaborate with the sales team and clients to understand their preferences and requirements, ensuring efficient and targeted showings
Communicate and coordinate with listing agents, brokers, and homeowners to arrange showings and gather necessary information
Gather feedback from clients after showings, providing valuable insights to assist in the decision-making
Qualification
Required

Valid Arizona real estate license (Required to join the team)
Preferred
Previous experience in real estate sales or customer service is desirable, but not required!

Benefits
Receive up to 15% commission on leads generated by the team for both buyers and sellers.
35/15 for 'team' leader and intern if troop leader converts appointment.
15/35 for 'team' leader If intern brings soi transaction or sets appointment.
7.5/7.5 if another agent shows during interns open house on SD’s listings - must present offer(s) and take through inspection and appraisal to COE as Shanna’s business partners.
FOR EXPERIENCED AGENTS - NOT ON A MINI TEAM - 50/50% SPLITS WITH PLACE.
10% fee for ISA set appointments
10% fee paid for Shanna Set appointments
Less Broker Caps ($5000/year at an 85/15 split, $3000/year to KW Int’l at an 94/6% split)
