They are seeking a Director of Industrial/IoT Partnerships to develop and execute their partnership strategy in the Industrial and IoT vertical, building relationships with key partners and managing the end-to-end partner lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Developing and executing Tiger Data’s partnership strategy for the Industrial/IoT vertical
Building deep, trust-based relationships with key partners: systems integrators, software vendors, embedded data players, and more
Acting as the primary point of contact for all Industrial/IoT ecosystem engagements
Creating scalable playbooks and repeatable motions for this vertical — from BD to enablement to partner marketing
Working directly with Product, Sales, and Marketing to shape our roadmap, messaging, and partner fit
Identifying new channels to grow the pipeline and market presence via the partner ecosystem
Owning the end-to-end partner lifecycle: sourcing, pitching, negotiating, onboarding, and activating
Championing how AI and data infra intersect in edge/industrial use cases — and helping partners see the upside
Qualification
Required
Deep experience (8 - 12+ years) in the Industrial / IoT ecosystem, and a network to match
Experience working with industrial OEMs, control systems vendors, or embedded data platforms
Experience selling into (or partnering with) companies in energy, manufacturing, logistics, or infrastructure
Experience building or expanding a partner function in a startup or growth-stage environment
Ability to point to specific SI and ISV partners you've worked with and the outcomes you drove
Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, and knows how to go from whiteboard to execution
Strong business acumen and ability to adapt messaging for both field engineers and C-levels
Understanding of how AI is evolving in industrial settings and where data platforms like Tiger Data fit
Comfortable managing complex, multi-party relationships with technical and commercial components
