The role involves coordinating maintenance work, managing equipment repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities
Coordinate with the Facilities Supervisor, Operations Manager, and Director of Operations on maintenance work and special projects
Manage equipment repairs and maintenance
Maintenance and repair of Conveyance Systems
Execute equipment audits and record-taking policies
Maintain adequate parts inventory and order items as necessary
Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols
Fire Extinguisher Maintenance - annually
Compressor Maintenance - weekly, monthly and quarterly
Assists in battery maintenance - Keep batteries charged and watered
To ensure the cleanliness of the work area at the end of the shift
To perform other work-related tasks that may be assigned
Perform rack repair as needed
Qualification
Required
High attention to detail
Ability to work without supervision
Passion for maintaining a safe work environment
Coordinate with the Facilities Supervisor, Operations Manager, and Director of Operations on maintenance work and special projects

Light electrical experience
Light plumbing experience

Prior facilities experience in warehouse
Must be able to stand or walk up to 12 hours a day
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds constantly
