Responsibilities
Assist attorneys in the preparation of legal documents and pleadings
Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information
Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documents are up to date
Prepare for trials by organizing exhibits, evidence, and witnesses
File documents with the court and ensure compliance with court rules
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel as necessary
Assist in the management of personal injury cases from initial consultation through settlement or trial
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
Strong knowledge of personal injury law and litigation procedures
Proven experience as a paralegal or legal assistant
Excellent research and writing skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
