This role involves developing and executing strategic marketing plans to enhance the employer brand and attract qualified candidates for clinical and non-clinical roles.

Responsibilities

Lead recruitment marketing initiatives for hospital-specific campaigns from planning through performance tracking

Partner with agency teams to launch and optimize digital media campaigns that drive candidate engagement

Provide strategic guidance to improve campaign efficiency, creative execution, and turnaround time

Post jobs for assigned hospitals to ensure accuracy in job postings

Manage ads running for assigned hospitals and provide performance data on campaigns, recommend renewal options and work with hospitals to ensure candidate flow

Manage programmatic job board performance for assigned hospitals

Be the subject matter experience for assigned hospitals on recruitment marketing

Champion our employer brand across all channels, ensuring messaging aligns with Encompass Healths voice and visual standards

Collaborate with talent acquisition partners to provide marketing support and best practices that enhance candidate attraction
