Responsibilities

Able to systematically identify key issues and objectives to prioritize for internal and client needs and gain necessary buy-in

Shows thought leadership in bringing new, innovative, or different methods of elevating a client's 1) marketing goals or 2) data sophistication and maturity. For example, a Manager will be able to synthesize new learnings that may help augment or pivot a client's current strategy

Oversees program implementation effectively, ensuring measurement goals are met and KPIs are effectively captured

Able to see long-term implications of insights and recommendations across several channels

Guides junior team members to build foundational reports, understand data implications, and presentations highlight relevant results and proposed actions
