Responsibilities
Be responsible for the installation of CIPP (Cured-In-Place-Pipe) for various residential rehab and repair projects
Maintain lining equipment in good operating condition by cleaning, daily inspection, and small minor repairs
Provide feedback, encouragement, support, professional development, and coaching to other technicians
Be our trenchless technology expert
Qualification
Required
3+ years of plumbing experience with drain, sewer, water and gas lines installation and retrofit, having strong knowledge of state and local codes and regulations
Strong customer service skills
Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions
Keen ability to work accurately, efficiently, and manage multiple tasks
Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools
Committed adherence and enforcement of the company's core values and core purpose
Basic computer skills
Strong mechanical aptitude
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language
Valid local driver's license with acceptable driving & criminal background record
Abstinence from drugs with clean drug screening results
Reliable and punctual attendance
Commitment to company values
Must have required hand tools
Preferred
Prior leadership experience
Valid North Carolina Plumbing Contractor or Journeyman License
Valid South Carolina LLR Plumbing Contractor License
Valid South Carolina MASC Master Plumber Certification
Experience in Residential Plumbing, particularly with drain, sewer, water & gas line installation and retrofit
Experience with service of tank-less water heaters and water filtration systems
Knowledge of drain machines, camera & locator equipment
