Responsibilities

Lead the vision, development, and modernization of the BADGE & BADGE-DC platforms
Oversee the entire platform lifecycle, from roadmap definition and architecture to deployment, automation, audit, and modernization
Drive large-scale technical automation and ensure systems remain robust, secure, and compliant with ever-changing business and regulatory demands
Orchestrate globally distributed, cross-functional technical teams

Required

Deep technical acumen in Physical Access and Identity Management (PIAM) technologies

Ability to orchestrate globally distributed, cross-functional technical teams
Experience overseeing the entire platform lifecycle, including roadmap definition, architecture, deployment, automation, audit, and modernization
Ability to maximize process efficiency and business value
Experience with modern physical security technologies
Experience with leading-edge automation tools
Continuous improvement mentality
