Responsibilities
Assist in analyzing data to uncover trends and opportunities for improving platform usage, performance, and efficiency
Collaborate with technology and product teams to help shape analytics solutions that enhance colleague and customer experiences
Support the development of strategies to streamline and modernize business intelligence (BI) capabilities and data workflows
Contribute to modernization efforts of data platforms by gathering requirements, identifying gaps, and helping document future-state architecture plans
Partner with stakeholders to understand their data needs and help deliver actionable insights through reports, dashboards, or presentations
Prepare and deliver communications and presentations for varied audiences, including internal stakeholders and leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree candidates with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
Currently enrolled in full-time Bachelor's degree program
Preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to influence and engage at multiple levels and cross functionally
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Interest in modern data platforms, business intelligence, and process improvement
Familiarity with data tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
Ability to collaborate with and build strong relationships with leaders, colleagues in different time zones, and cross-functional partners to deliver value
Strong project management skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
Demonstrated resilience, proactive problem solving, ‘can do' attitude, and optimism in changing circumstances
Comfort with challenging the status quo and driving continuous process improvement
