Responsibilities
Become a subject matter expert in KEYENCE software products
Onboard and train customers to maximize product utilization
Maintain strong customer relationships and minimize churn
Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
Implement customer success programs and guide clients through them
Provide post-sale support and resolve customer issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Programming experience in any language (required)
Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to engage customers virtually via Teams, Zoom, or phone
Highly organized and accountable
