Responsibilities
Conduct data analysis to support various team, digital strategy, initiatives
Provide daily support, including meetings, preparing action summaries and follow-up tasks
Assist in Business System Analyst functions and support project coordination activities
Financial practices and support including costs and depreciation
Create process documentation, reference guides, and work instructions
Support technology business management and tool sustainment processes using agile methodologies, including setting up boards for new sprints and managing tasks
Perform project support tasks to enhance operational excellence
Team SharePoint management – ensuring team sites are current and content is refreshed as required
Help support key content management, such as maintaining documents, processes and content libraries
Provide surge support for daily tasks, including architecture analysis and research
Qualification
Required
Must be a Sophomore, Junior or Senior in college or technical school, with at least 6 months until graduation after end of internship
The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
Pursuing an IT degree or business field degree
Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment
Strong organization skills and work ethic; detail oriented
Preferred
Microsoft Access skills
