5-years minimum experience as an Auto Body Shop Painter
Must have a valid US government issued Driver's License
Safe driving record
Eligible to work in the United States
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test
Excellent verbal & non-verbal skills
Listening skills
Ability to problem-solve
Preferred
Bi-lingual with proficiency in both English and Spanish
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Desire to achieve Consumer Satisfaction scoring at or above company required levels
