Responsibilities

Lead large-scale ERP modernization programs for higher education institutions
Drive thought leadership and client relationship management, acting as a trusted advisor
Oversee strategy and implementation phases, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards
Contribute to the development of ERP offerings and growth of the practice
Manage multiple priorities and inspire high-performing teams

Qualification

Workday Student implementationEnd-to-end SIS implementationHigher education experienceManagement consultancy experienceProject deliveryClient relationship managementStrategic visionIntellectual curiosityContinuous improvement

Required

Hands-on Workday Student implementation experience strongly preferred; Oracle Student experience relevant but secondary
At least one end-to-end SIS implementation required; familiarity with SIS terminology expected
Experience within a well-regarded management or technology consultancy in project delivery and business development
Experience in higher education, preferably with large, complex institutions (R1s, Ivy League, Ivy Plus)
Ability to lead large projects and teams, combining technical expertise with strategic vision
Comfortable influencing and building trust-based relationships with senior executives
Track record in achieving/exceeding revenue targets preferred
Intellectual curiosity and creativity in developing solutions to client challenges
Coachable, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement

MBA or other advanced degree preferred
