Responsibilities

Write and update technical materials, user manuals, and help screens

Ensure documentation reflects current system capabilities and is easy to understand

Collaborate with teams to gather information and integrate updates into the Agile development process

Maintain a documentation library and track changes

Support automated testing and ensure documentation meets quality standards

Assist with software release processes and maintain configuration management

Provide support during crises and ensure essential services continue

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket

Experience with automated testing and configuration management
