Responsibilities
Produce recurring and ad hoc reporting packages, dashboards, and presentations covering operating expenses, capital spending, and workforce planning
Evaluate both quantitative and qualitative information to build comprehensive analyses for major initiatives
Convert analytical findings into clear, cohesive narratives—using visuals, written summaries, and presentations—to connect financial outcomes with broader strategic objectives
Support leadership in preparing the annual budget and annual report
Build dynamic financial models and scenario analyses that serve as inputs for strategy discussions and long-term planning
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to refine assumptions and ensure accuracy of model inputs
Collaborate with the accounting team to strengthen data architecture, validation methods, and overall data governance
Recommend enhancements to streamline data collection and improve accuracy, consistency, and reporting efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, or related field
6–10 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, business analysis, or similar roles
Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilities; familiarity with planning tools
Experience presenting insights using visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, or similar
Background working cross-functionally with accounting, IT, and operational groups
Preferred
MBA or other relevant graduate degree
Experience presenting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
