Responsibilities
Partner with Sales to understand customer needs and tailor solution presentations accordingly
Deliver high-impact technical product demonstrations that highlight the value and differentiators of ThetaRay’s solutions
Own and drive customer RFI and RFP responses and ensure clear, compelling messaging
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customer-specific segmentation story demos
Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, addressing technical objections and ensuring alignment with business objectives
Work closely with Product and R&D teams to provide market feedback and contribute to product roadmap decisions
Support Proof-of-Concept (PoC) engagements, guiding clients through evaluation and implementation strategies
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, helping to drive engagement and confidence in ThetaRay’s technology
Represent ThetaRay at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings as a subject matter expert
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales, preferably in the financial services, AI, or fintech industries
Professional speaking and writing in English, other languages are a plus
Strong knowledge of SaaS-based solutions, big data, and machine learning methodologies
Proven ability to explain complex technical solutions in a simple and compelling manner
Experience working with banking institutions, fintechs, or regulatory bodies is a strong advantage
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives and technical stakeholders
Hands-on experience with RFP/RFI processes and developing tailored client proposals
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities
Ability to work remotely with multiple teams across regions, in a multi-cultural environment
Willingness to travel up to 25% as required
