Responsibilities
Attending BIM coordination meetings
Making necessary changes and provide detailed feedback to Senior designer
Modifying generic layout to meet code and project spec's provided at Sales handoff
Assisting in submittal package including hydraulic calculations
Performing other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Effective written and verbal communication skills required
Proficient in AutoCAD & Revit required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based software systems required
Ability to prioritize tasks required
Ability to deal with conflict and build positive team relationships required
Has or can obtain Nicet Level II in water-based layout within 6 months of hire required
