They are seeking an Early to Mid-Level Mechanical Engineer to lead the design of mechanical systems and mentor junior engineers while managing various design stages across multiple markets.

Responsibilities
Take a leadership role in the design of mechanical systems, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, and piping
Mentor junior-level MEP engineering professionals, guiding them through their career development and providing technical support
Support proposal efforts, ensuring that design projects are clearly defined and accurately scoped
Manage and efficiently move through a variety of design stages, from concept plans to construction documentation
Demonstrate the ability to lead projects and interact with clients while maintaining a positive attitude and a high level of professionalism
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology from an accredited college or university
2+ years of related MEP design experience
Proficiency with relevant software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM
Experience mentoring and training junior-level employees
Experience leading projects, supporting proposal efforts, and interfacing with clients
Ability to work effectively within a team environment with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to multi-tasking
Self-motivated to produce high-quality work
Ability and desire to continue learning and growing professionally
Preferred
EIT certification preferred, with plans to obtain PE license in the near future
