Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements

Analyze business processes for improvement

Conduct data analysis to support decisions

Create reports and dashboards

Design and implement solutions with development teams

Conduct user acceptance testing

Assist in project planning and coordination

Track project progress and report status

Facilitate meetings and workshops

Communicate project updates

Identify and implement process improvements

Stay current with industry trends

Required

5+ years experience in Business Intelligence Analyst position

Bachelor's Degree

Active Secret Clearance

Experience with System analysis and design

Experience with security compliance and risk assessment

Experience with Testing and validation process

Experience with Documentation and Reporting

Experience with Atlassian Tool Suite (Jira, Confluence, Zephyr Scale, and Bitbucket)

Preferred

5+ Years' experience working on DoD programs is highly desired

Interest in new technologies and the ability to adopt to those new technologies

Possess and applies expert knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of system administration
