Quality Improvement Manager
Chapa-De Indian Health is a non-profit community outpatient health center committed to advancing the health and well-being of American Indians and low-income individuals. The Quality Improvement Manager provides oversight and leadership on agency-wide quality and performance improvement initiatives, focusing on both clinical and non-clinical functions.

Responsibilities
Implements the Quality and Performance Improvement (QAPI) Program in alignment with the organization's mission, strategic goals, federal/state regulations, and accreditation standards
Develops and delivers ongoing training to equip staff with the knowledge and tools needed for continuous improvement; leads, coaches, and supports teams in rapid-cycle improvement
Analyzes, updates, and enhances standard operating procedures and workflows to drive efficiency, service excellence, safety, and consistency
Ensures leadership and the Board of Directors stay informed on quality improvement initiatives, project status, and organizational performance
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's Degree in HealthCare, Nursing, Health Administration or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and Outlook
1+ years of quality improvement experience
1+ years managed care experience
Knowledge of AAAHC and NCQA standards
Medicaid and Medicare experience
1-2 years management/leadership experience
