Responsibilities
Map current workflows (creative, marketing, PR) and identify improvement opportunities
Design automated processes that reduce manual work and increase efficiency
Create clear documentation and process diagrams
Monitor performance and continuously optimize
Build and test prompts for content generation, research, and analysis
Configure automation tools (training provided on specific platforms)
Set up integrations between tools and systems
Troubleshoot issues and maintain system reliability
Define success criteria for each automated workflow
Track performance metrics (speed, quality, cost-effectiveness)
Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
Provide technical training and support to teams
Qualification
Required
1-3 years in operations, marketing ops, or process improvement
Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, or similar)
Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) LLMs and prompt writing
Solid understanding of APIs and data flow
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail - you catch what others miss
Process optimization mindset - always looking for a better way
Comfortable with ambiguity and learning new tools quickly
