Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and safety
Manage inventory control, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
Lead and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability
Implement and maintain best practices for warehouse layout and organization
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards
Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize transportation and delivery schedules
Utilize warehouse management software to track inventory and performance metrics
Develop and manage budgets for warehouse operations and supplies
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar supervisory role
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
a degree in logistics or supply chain management
