Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Facilities (Security, Janitorial, Car Wash Facilities, etc.) and select Real Estate initiatives

Lead the full contract lifecycle process, ensuring favorable terms that account for cost, regulatory, and operational risks

Manage (with stakeholders and the procurement operations team) the company’s supplier relationships through Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) practices to drive improvements in cost, service, and quality

Partner with operations, finance, and global procurement teams to ensure sourcing initiatives meet business requirements

Support implementation of best practices across markets, driving consistency, efficiency, and value

Share insights and practices across regions to support a globally aligned approach

Monitor supplier performance and hold vendors accountable for service levels and compliance

Identify risks related to supply chain, vendor reliability, and cost fluctuations, and implement mitigation strategies

Track and report on key metrics, ensuring progress toward cost savings and operational goals

Required

Bachelor's degree required

7+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management, with specific expertise in Facilities (Security, Car Wash Facilities)

Strong negotiation and contracting skills

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain supplier relationships that drive business value

Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills

Preferred

Master's degree or MBA preferred

Experience managing significant spend portfolios (>$100MM preferred)
