Responsibilities

Develop and define project goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables that support product-related business objectives in collaboration with project sponsors, project owners, and other stakeholders

Create comprehensive project plans and documentation, identifying and managing dependencies, to track progress across product-related initiatives

Lead and coordinate internal and third-party project resources for execution of projects

Monitor project progress continuously and disseminate detailed reporting on project status and milestones to all stakeholders

Identify, monitor, and escalate project risks, constraints, and blockers to project sponsors, project owners, and leadership

Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements

In coordination with Product Managers, lead cross-functional meetings, including setting agendas and preparing materials

Create and deliver presentations to senior leadership, as needed

Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel

Proven track record of implementing complex financial projects including but not limited to launching new products, implementing technical platforms, and driving new process adoption

5+ years of project management experience in Financial Services

A bachelor's degree (or higher)

Experience with project management technology and software preferred
