Responsibilities
The enterprise architecture vision, roadmap, and governance framework
A team of Systems Architects, including mentorship, career growth, and alignment to strategy
Architectural decision-making across eCommerce, integrations, cloud, and data platforms
Cross-functional partnership with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Executive leadership
The modernization of legacy systems into scalable, composable, API-first and event-driven platforms
Qualification
Required
12+ years in enterprise architecture, solution design, or senior technical leadership
Experience leading architecture in complex enterprise environments (eCommerce ideal)
Proven success guiding organizational-scale modernization or cloud transformation
Strong architectural experience across APIs, cloud platforms, event-driven design, and data architecture
Ability to lead through influence, coach technical talent, and communicate effectively across audiences
Preferred
Azure (preferred background), AWS also in use for select components
