The role involves serving legal documents, providing status updates, and maintaining communication with clients while adhering to legal standards.

Responsibilities

Use mobile apps and websites to take photos, provide detailed status updates, and generate proofs of service

Possess a personal computer/laptop, printer, scanner, internet access, and a smartphone (iPhone or Android)

Communicate in a professional and timely manner with a strong attention to detail to meet strict court deadlines

Be knowledgeable about the court system, legal documents, and local and state laws

Serving legal documents to residences and businesses in compliance with federal, state, and local laws

Providing status updates and photos of each attempt via smartphone apps

Ability to electronically sign (esign) or manually sign documents, as well as edit and print proofs of service through our process server case management software

Requesting copies of legal documents from the court when needed
