They are seeking a seasoned ERP Integration Team Lead to lead the implementation of their Dynamics 365 landscape and Salesforce, managing a team of developers and overseeing integration and data migration efforts.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 3 in-house developers and 2 vendor partners

Architect and develop integrations between QuickBooks Dynamics 365 Site Tracker using APIs, Power Automate, Azure Functions, and other tools

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production integration issues

Define and manage SLAs, error-handling routines, and escalation protocols

Own data migration strategy: mapping, cleansing, validating, and loading from Excel/QuickBooks into Dynamics 365 and Site Tracker

Administer and configure the ERP system to support evolving business processes, including workflows, user roles, and system settings

Ensure system security, manage user permissions, and document system configurations and processes

Lead the transition into an agile, product-focused ERP team: backlog grooming, sprint planning, code reviews, and new feature development

Deliver enhancements, bug fixes, and performance improvements in both Dynamics 365 and Site Tracker environments

Partner with finance, HR, IT, and other business units to align system capabilities with organizational goals

Train users and document best practices across ERP usage, integration points, and support workflows

Support Salesforce-ERP data integration efforts, using SOQL and platform APIs

Required

10+ years overall experience in ERP deployment, with Dynamics 365 experience

Previous experience leading a Salesforce and/or D365 implementation is required
