Department Immersion: Based on your interest, you’ll gain exposure to critical areas such as healthcare operations, patient services, finance, and revenue operations
Lead Projects: Take ownership of initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, patient experience, and overall healthcare service delivery
Collaborate & Innovate: Work with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges, streamline processes, and introduce innovative healthcare solutions
Prepare for Leadership: Develop the core skills you need to step into managerial roles, including team management, budget oversight, and strategic planning
Qualification
Required
A strong desire to pursue a career in healthcare management
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field
A growth mindset, willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt quickly
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Availability to start full-time role by late June 2026
