Responsibilities
Assist in generating design solutions and design development
Create site analysis diagrams and graphics
Prepare site plan and 3D renderings and assist in developing design presentations
Produce construction documents
Assist with construction administration/observation
Collaborate with project consultants and clients to facilitate the design process
Provide Landscape Architectural services for HCM’s various market sectors including parks, housing/mixed-use neighborhoods, healthcare environments, senior living communities, and educational campuses
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture
3-5 years of experience in Landscape Architectural design
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Lumion, or other 3D presentation software and hand graphics
A portfolio or work samples must be submitted to be considered for the position
Preferred
Rhino, LandFX, Enscape3d, Revit software experience desired
Experience with park and educational campus design is a plus
