Responsibilities

Managing and optimizing complex calendars, priorities, and travel
Preparing briefs, agendas, and follow-ups that drive clarity and action
Coordinating cross-functional initiatives, planning cadences, and events
Planning and coordinating in-person team onsites and workshops for both small and large groups
Improving workflows, tools, and systems to streamline how the org operates
Partnering with the EA team to share best practices and provide coverage as needed

Qualification

Required

5+ years supporting senior executives in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments
Strength in anticipating needs, solving problems proactively, and exercising sound judgment
High proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and modern productivity tools
Clear, concise communication and the ability to synthesize information across teams
Strong organization and prioritization skills, especially when navigating shifting deadlines
Collaborative, low-ego working style with high EQ — and a steady sense of humor
