They are seeking a Customer Service / Supply Chain Specialist who will serve as the primary contact for customers, manage communication across teams, and support on-time delivery of parts to improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and program updates

Coordinate with engineering, operations, quality, and purchasing to ensure customer requirements are met

Support NPI schedules by proactively communicating updates to customers

Monitor and expedite hardware with purchasing to ensure production and delivery commitments are met

Track and follow up on outside processing (plating, heat treat, special processing), coordinating with purchasing to resolve bottlenecks

Seek opportunities to improve communication flow, efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction
