Responsibilities

Test core products and new initiatives

Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business logic

Document specifications and maintain test matrices

Prepare environments and execute regression and UAT testing

Validate releases and reconcile results

Mentor junior QA team members

Support occasional after-hours release validation

Qualification

Required

Strong problem-solving and risk assessment skills

Experience with Selenium or similar automation tools

Proficient in SQL and relational databases

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Knowledge of SDLC (Waterfall, Agile, Lean)

Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Technology or related discipline or an equivalent combination of related education and work experience

2-5 years of experience in QA testing, auditing, or implementation of software solutions
