Responsibilities

Actively promote Black and Veatch's operational and safety culture

Responsibility for achieving project goals for safety, compliance, schedule, quality, financials, reputation, and client expectations

Actively nurture and cast positive culture shadow

Respond to RFPs and prepare proposals for services work

Lead project teams in engineering services projects for hydropower projects

Actively coordinates with all other internal/external team members

Interface between the client, external stakeholders, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success

Work in both a corporate and field environment

Assisting with identification of key client interests and drivers

Typically provides support to business development for pursuit activities

Required
