Responsibilities
Ensure the normal operation of all HVAC system includes all print rooms, lamination rooms, cold rooms, buffer rooms and ring rooms
Apply the maintenance service to all Dock heaters and office air handlers
Planning and scheduling monthly maintenance plan and preventive maintenance plan according to the actual working status of the HVAC system
Apply daily maintenance service / emergency fixing to HVAC system and recoding the fixing process in Epic
Proving solving scheme to sudden failure happed on the HVAC system
Renewing the spare parts list and manage HVAC spare parts
Installing/ Debugging and apply final acceptance to all new installed air -conditioner
Updating and improving the current HVAC system
Responsible for Mechanical room(include chillers, air compressors, and dryers) and cooling tower 5S, Daily spot checks and PMs
Responsible for PM and trouble shooting all humidifiers of curing rooms
Responsible for PM and trouble shooting all AHU units and Spot coolers
Other duties as assigned

Qualification
Required
Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers
1+ years HVAC technician experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
The employee is regularly required to stand for long periods
Duties include turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting and lifting up to 50 pounds
Ability to pass static strength requirements (grip)
Visual acuity including, but not limited to: NEAR ACUITY, FAR ACUITY, DEPTH PERCEPTION, COLOR VISION, FIELD OF VISION
Safety requirements for this position are safety glasses, hearing protection and steel-toed work boots
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables
Knowledge of and familiarity with manufacturing software
Read blueprints and follow design specifications for installing an HVAC system, in both new and existing buildings
Familiar with office software WORD, EXCEL, CAD
Properly connect the HVAC systems to supply lines and install the necessary electrical wiring
HVAC certificate
Understand heating and air-conditioning systems function
Evaluate job-related safety hazards and employ accident prevention techniques
Use testing equipment and all types of tools
Trouble shooting skills on all HVAC system
