Celestica is seeking a results-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of logistics, warehousing, and material operations for their electronics manufacturing facility in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Responsibilities

Direct and control all warehouse, shipping, receiving, and internal logistics activities
Develop and implement long-term strategies to optimize material handling, storage density, and overall warehouse layout for peak efficiency
Hold accountability for the site's physical inventory accuracy and cycle count program integrity
Collaborate closely with Finance and Inventory Analysis teams to minimize variances and support reconciliation
Design, implement, and maintain material flow processes, ensuring the smooth, timely, and accurate presentation of components
Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of supervisors, clerks, and material handlers
Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement through training and performance management
Ensure all warehousing and logistics operations comply with local, national, and international regulations
Oversee the effective use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and the integration with the primary ERP/MRP systems
Manage the warehouse operating budget, driving cost reduction initiatives related to labor efficiency, freight management, and supplies utilization
Champion Lean principles within the logistics function (e.g., Kaizen, 5S) to eliminate waste in material movement, searching, and transaction processing

Required

7 to 10+ years of experience in a management role overseeing complex warehousing, logistics, or distribution operations, ideally within the technology or EMS sector
Proven success managing material flow for environments characterized by high mix, high complexity, and rigorous service level agreements (SLAs), such as those supporting liquid cooling and data center hardware builds
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field
Expert-level proficiency with WMS implementation, configuration, and daily operation
Strong functional understanding of ERP/MRP inventory and materials modules
Expert knowledge of logistics compliance (domestic and international), inventory control methodologies (e.g., cycle counting), and transportation management
Proven ability to lead large teams, manage budget/P&L for the department, and successfully drive large-scale process or system change projects

Preferred

Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., APICS, SCPro) is highly desirable
