To minimize the expenses of the property through effective maintenance and preventative maintenance programs
To train, direct, supervise and motivate the personnel which reports to the Maintenance Supervisor
To provide safe, comfortable and well-maintained housing to the residents and to the community
To present yourself and Pedcor Homes Corporation in a professional manner and attitude toward coworkers, the residents and to the general public
Qualification
Required
Customer-service individual with an upbeat, positive and 'can do' attitude
Strong organizational and communicative skills
Ability to fulfill service requests
Experience in apartment punch
Experience in grounds and curb appeal maintenance
Experience in debris removal
General plumbing skills
Electrical skills
Drywall repair skills
Appliance repair skills
Painting skills
Ability to maintain maintenance shop in safe and orderly manner
Record keeping of inventory
Ability to work Monday to Friday
On-call responsibility
Some weekend availability
Ability to work some holidays
Valid Driver's License
Reliable transportation
Car insurance
Previous apartment maintenance experience
Supervisory experience
Minimum of two years' experience in the Apartment industry
Minimum of two years' experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
