Responsibilities

Co-design session plans for a 12-week project design and management course for 5 NGO members (1 session per week, 1.5 hours per session)

Co-facilitate weekly English conversation sessions focusing on practical communication for civic engagement and project development (1.5 hours per week)

Guide participants in drafting and revising short documents in English, such as emails, simple project applications, or presentations (1–2 hours per week)

Provide resources and strategies for continued English practice and improve participants’ confidence in using English for professional and community activities (as needed)

Required

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must be a U.S. citizen

Bachelor's degree in business, nonprofit management, or related field

1 year working with an NGO in project design or management, capacity building, or community mobilization

Teaching or tutoring speakers of other languages with English learning

Flexible, strong cross-cultural agility, high tolerance for ambiguity, able to work independently, resourceful, creative, and genuinely motivated and capable to serve virtually
