Qualification
Required
at least a high-school diploma
2-3 years of experience in facilities, maintenance or construction work, ideally with a faith-based or educational organization
strong written and interpersonal communication skills
proficiency in various disciplines (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
ability to work collaboratively
ability to exercise discretion
ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic setting
Preferred
Spanish language skills are a plus
