This role involves maintaining and optimizing client relationships, recruiting lenders, and fostering solid business relations while working collaboratively with account managers and sales teams.

Responding to lender inquiries and requests
Reviewing account updates
Working with our account managers to understand the needs of the team
Assisting Sales Account Managers in business development

Qualification
Required
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
Strong interpersonal communication skills
You would describe yourself as 'Internet savvy'
A critical thinker and able to problem-solve
Ability to wear many different hats
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent years of relevant experience)
Preferred
Experience in the lending and/or mortgage vertical
Hands-on experience with various online affiliate and referral models (including CPA, CPC, CPL, and CPM)
A strong track record of monitoring and analyzing trends and patterns from online marketing efforts
