The Senior Principal Data Center Delivery Project Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing plans to optimize efficiency and manage vendor relationships for complex data center construction projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive plans that optimize efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and operational excellence in delivery

Engage with key stakeholders, manage high-stakes vendor relationships, and navigate the complexities of regulatory compliance

Anticipate and mitigate risks to datacenter delivery to maintain project timelines and budgets

Lead, drive, and ensure the successful management and delivery of critical initiatives on the strategic roadmap

Oversee data center focused projects and initiatives, engaging directly with Colo and LV partners’ leadership and project management teams

Drive accountability and improvements to meet customer needs

Engage with internal teams to deliver proper design and process documentation to the Colo

Execute on ISP circuit contracts and update all internal tracking tools for handover to operations teams at the end of the project
