New Grad, Entry LevelSESCO Lighting is a company based in Knoxville, and they are seeking a Lighting Controls Project Manager I. The role involves managing all aspects of project management from beginning to end under minimal supervision.
Wholesale Building Materials
Responsibilities
Perform order entry, problem resolution, material management, and project close out as need
Maintain and label project files
Perform material take-offs
Produce add order quotations
Verify that information and data are correct
Follow up with tracking information to the commercial offices and customers (includes Gear and RGA’s)
Prepare cut sheet submittals
Follow up with factory submittals and distribute accordingly
Assist in layouts as needed
Maintain knowledge of currently represented products
Travel to factories as needed for product training
Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work
Other duties as assigned by manager
Qualification
Required

Prior customer service experience
Must have excellent math skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and internet research
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services; including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Proficient in Blue Beam
Preferred
Prior lighting project management experience or equivalent preferred
Auto Cad experience preferred
