Responsibilities
Make initial contact with customers, coordinate installation schedule, physically attend pre and post construction jobsite meetings, and ensure customer training is completed when project is finished
Ensure smooth transition of project from the sales team to the fulfillment team
Manage multiple projects of varying size while coordinating work through appropriate vendors, sub-contractors, and branch staff; order materials needed for projects
Prepare project budgets, schedule and approve expenditures, analyze variances, initiate corrective actions
Maintain documents electronically including closeout documentation
Work alongside a union-based group
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year work experience in the automatic door or construction industry
Preferred
2+ years of hands-on experience in construction, automatic door installation, glazing, storefront systems work, and team supervision
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, Construction Management, or Business Administration
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
AAADM (American Association of Automatic Door Manufacturers) certification
