Responsibilities

Attend to chats, calls, and emails from customers

Help customers find the lowest priced policy that best serves their needs

Maintain and coordinate with Aardy to ensure your insurance license is valid at all times

Ensure name changes, address changes, or any other changes that affect your license are done so in a timely manner

Successfully complete mandatory client manager training within your first 30 to 45 days of employment

Required

Valid Producer's License with Line of Authority of Property Casualty (ideally with an expiration date 6 months or more in the future)

Must have a minimum of one (1) year insurance sales experience

Must have a minimum of six (6) months experience in a 100% remote based position

Must have a strong command of the English language (verbal and written) as well as excellent communication skills

Customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment

Computer literate with the ability to navigate basic software programs such as Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, Email, etc

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to learn new systems, skills, and tasks quickly

Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task

Must be able to work one weekend day as part of your weekly schedule

Must have and maintain high speed Internet with the ability to connect to a wired ethernet connection. Minimum speeds of 100 Mbps download, 25 Mbps upload, and a latency <= 50 ms
