Responsibilities

Identifying, requesting and locating critical spare parts, coordinating repairs with contractors
Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical and hydraulic equipment and accessing required work to assure accuracy in scope to facilitate efficient work planning in a world class maintenance organization
Proactive with company safety initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in technical or engineering field
4 years of maintenance experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Possess technical knowledge of maintenance and operations functions
Ability to effectively lead, train, motivate and direct maintenance employees
Capable of identifying problems and offering solutions
Consistently operate within the budget constraints of organization unit
Demonstrate the ability to manage priorities and work schedule to consistently meet deadlines
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software - Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc. and ability to use and maintain Maintenance Systems required

Preferred

3 years leading an hourly union workforce is preferred
Electrical maintenance supervision is preferred
