Responsibilities

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends
Analyze financial and operational data using tools such as SQL and Python to support strategic decision-making and forecasting
Design and implement data processes to integrate data from multiple sources into centralized repositories, cleaning, transforming and validating datasets that ensure accuracy and consistency for analytical use
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and underwriting teams to align business strategies and performance goals
Develop and present business proposals, dashboards, and performance reports to senior leadership
Monitor agency production and performance, enabling segmentation and channel value proposition alignment
Support the implementation of business development tools and infrastructure to enhance analytics capabilities
Participate in strategic planning sessions, talent forums, and cross-regional assessments to refine BD strategy

Required

4-6 years of experience in BI, analytics, or business development roles
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field (MBA a plus)
Proficiency in CRM and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Excel)
Working knowledge of SQL and Python for data querying, analysis, visualization and automation
Skilled in developing automated workflows and scripts to streamline data processing and reporting
Experience with cloud platforms and data warehouse technologies
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience in insurance, underwriting, claims, or actuarial domains
Strategic planning and market intelligence expertise
A track record of developing automated reporting and analytics solutions
