Notify responsible parties of code issues given in writing, by phone, in person and electronically
Respond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes to determine validity of complaints and the appropriate course of action to mitigate issues
Investigate and enforce property codes within boundaries
Schedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections to maintain or achieve minimum property standards
Other duties as assigned

Required

Experience in maintenance management
Knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance according to manufacturer specifications
Ability to ensure work performed meets safety requirements

Ability to oversee a staff of maintenance or custodial staff
Experience in inspecting and testing equipment or building systems
Strong communication skills to notify responsible parties of code issues
Ability to respond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes
Experience in investigating and enforcing property codes
Ability to schedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections
