Responsibilities

Support organizational development, benefits, engagement, and performance management projects
Lead special HR projects to further the goals of the organization; participate in planning, project development, and problem-solving
Provide excellent customer service by answering employee questions related to Benefits, and Compensation
Continuously improve our existing processes
Work in PACCAR’s HRIS (SAP) and other HR systems
Work in HR compliance through auditing
Administer other benefits, compensation, and HR programs as assigned

Required

Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduation program, preferably sophomore, junior or senior standing

Preferred

HR-related coursework or internship experience is preferred but not required
Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects desired
