The Assistant Credit Controller, Cash Application will support the International Shared Service Center in Poland and Collections Team by managing cash application processes, including posting payments and preparing cash reports.

Responsibilities

Review wire transfer and lockbox postings performed by the Cash Team in Poland

Manual check scanning

Downloading and management of bank files

Preparation and analysis of cash reports

Posting of wire transfers and checks, as needed

Preparation of Inter Company wire transfers

Communicate with Collection Team and Management regarding payment discrepancies

Special projects as directed by Cash Supervisor

Performs other related duties as required

Required

Two (2) years of experience in cash applications

Must demonstrate advanced Excel skills, particularly V-Lookup/Pivots/Formulas

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at one time

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong oral and written communication skills

Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to all levels of management and be professional in appearance and manner

Required to interact professionally with customers and internal departments at all times
