SEAT ASSEMBLER - 3rd SHIFT

The Seat Assembler on the 3rd shift will be responsible for assembling and fitting parts together to form complete units or subassemblies, using hand and power tools while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
Repetitive gripping and use of hands
Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Use hand and power tools to assemble seat components according to specifications and instructions
Identify and report any problems related to the product, process, and quality system
Assure Safety and Quality standards are followed at all times
Maintain a clean and organized work area by adhering to Lear’s '5S' and 'World Class Housekeeping' standards
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals, performance goals, and objectives
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Must be able to pass pre-employment requirements of drug screen, physical, and background check
Must be 18 years of age or older
