Assists with implementing the bank’s business plan and keeping management informed of internal resources, market conditions, and competitive pressures

Identify lending opportunities, structure competitive loan packages, and guide borrowers through the application process

Manage and grow your loan portfolio with a focus on retention and cross-selling

Partner with credit, deposit, and operation co-workers to deliver smooth, efficient service to clients

Identify and explore business development opportunities within the community

Represent the bank in the community to develop business and promote The First Bank and Trust products and services
